Sue brings the best out of people. She asks challenging questions. Sue is very comfortable getting to the core of underlying beliefs. I think that is why we got to the outcome we did. Sue was the glue that got us to the outcome and in many parts we didn’t know where we wanted to go. Sue is hands on, works for us.
